Design & Quote
You receive a detailed scope: layout drawing, edge details, drainage plan, base build-up and a transparent fixed quote — typically within 48 hours.
Site Prep & Excavation
Our crew removes existing sod, hardscape or failing turf. We excavate to depth, install perimeter edging and shape the sub-grade for proper drainage.
Engineered Base
We install a layered base of Class II road base — compacted in lifts to 95% — topped with weed barrier and a smooth screed for a flawless finished surface.
Turf Installation
Hand-fitted ForeverLawn® rolls, professionally seamed with industry-best seam tape and adhesives. Nailed on a tight grid for stability that lasts decades.
Infill & Final Groom
Specified infill brushed in to weight and stand up the fibers. A power broom finish leaves your lawn looking factory-fresh from day one.
Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk every square foot with you, hand off your 15-year warranty paperwork, and follow up at 30 days to confirm everything is performing.
